We are looking for a Customer Service Associate who possesses a strong drive for results and a creative, problem-solving approach and shares an interest in the sport of Football!
Duties for the Customer Service Associate will include a broad range of tasks such as leading conflict situations to a satisfactory resolution. The Customer Service Associate ideally should be able to analyse insights to improve customer experience and handle customer issues and requests.
- Demonstrated ability to think on feet and resolve issues in a fast-paced environment.
- Handle and resolve customer requests and complaints.
- Analyse customer data to improve customer experience.
- Moderate chat rooms; ensuring that platform policies are abided to.
- Management of platform rewards/prizes.
- Passionate for Spectator Sports, Football
- Shows creativity and problem-solving ability in previous roles
- Self-driven and proactive in nature
- Open to Shift Work (Weekends & Public Holidays).
- Excellent interpersonal skills, a true people person.
- Experience in Customer Support processes.
- Highly organized and able to address multiple projects in parallel.
- 2+ years’ experience with digitally based environments.
