Customer Service Associate

General Information

We are looking for a Customer Service Associate who possesses a strong drive for results and a creative, problem-solving approach and shares an interest in the sport of Football!

Duties for the Customer Service Associate will include a broad range of tasks such as leading conflict situations to a satisfactory resolution. The Customer Service Associate ideally should be able to analyse insights to improve customer experience and handle customer issues and requests.

 

Main Responsibilities

    • Demonstrated ability to think on feet and resolve issues in a fast-paced environment.
    • Handle and resolve customer requests and complaints.
    • Analyse customer data to improve customer experience.
    • Moderate chat rooms; ensuring that platform policies are abided to.
    • Management of platform rewards/prizes.

 

Bonus points

    • Passionate for Spectator Sports, Football
    • Shows creativity and problem-solving ability in previous roles
    • Self-driven and proactive in nature

 

Minimum Qualifications

    • Open to Shift Work (Weekends & Public Holidays).
    • Excellent interpersonal skills, a true people person.
    • Experience in Customer Support processes.

 

Preferred Qualifications

    • Highly organized and able to address multiple projects in parallel.
    • 2+ years’ experience with digitally based environments.
