Finance, HR and Admin Manager


Financial Reporting / Management Reviews

  • Responsible for yearly budgeting and forecasting
  • Manage working capital effectively by preparing monthly cash flow projection
  • Ensure continuous monitoring of business plan and performance review
  • Maintain full sets of financial reports
  • Ensure preparation of timely and accurate management accounts
  • Monitor and analyse monthly results/variances and perform financial review to directors
  • Review of management accounts and related statutory reports in accordance to IFRS and local statutory requirements 
  • Preparation of cheques for approval 
  • Review of legal documents/contracts and terms


Audit and Taxation

  • Assist in statutory audit
  • Draft financial statements for respective entities
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant accounting and tax regulations and timelines


Internal Control and Compliance

  • Develop and implement accounting policies and procedures
  • Strive to develop, test of appropriate and maintain a best in practice internal control environment


HR & Admin

  • Process monthly payroll and CPF submission
  • Prepare yearly IR8A
  • In charge of all office related matters
  • Provide any ad-hoc management support



  • Finance / Accountancy Degree or other professional Accountancy qualifications
  • A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in handling full Spectrum of Finance and Accounting function
  • Experienced in handling external auditors, tax agents and relevant authorities
  • Meticulous and detailed
  • Committed and able to work independently without supervision
  • Proactive attitude, problem solver
