Performance Marketing & Campaign Lead

General Information

We are seeking a digital leader with >8 years in digital and performance marketing. Start-up experience an advantage. You are a paid media specialist and possess a proven track record in creating effective business strategies, forming strategic partnerships and growing profit in global and local structures. You demonstrate an in-depth understanding of digital tools, trends and business models and are able to create campaigns to drive user acquisition. 

 

Your Responsibilities

  • Proposition building, marketing and partnerships to boost marketing performance
  • Form strategic partners to drive category growth and user penetration or subscriptions
  • Initiate strategic projects to optimize the effectiveness and efficiency to build zujuGP as #1 East-West media, tech and football set up
  • Define the end-to-end strategy to fuel the growth of group, starting from insights & category analysis, assortment/vendor management, thematic campaign, delivery optimization to strategic partnership, adapting strategy to local specificities and sharing best practices across teams/countries
  • Identify opportunities in developed and emerging markets and build acceleration programs to grow brand equity
  • Establish performance marketing best practices to exponentially improve our marketing efforts and effectiveness, from reach to customer growth, lead gen, campaigns, revenue etc.
  • Expertise in SEM, paid and performance marketing
  • Ensure all content/activities/campaigns are optimised with tracks (UTM etc) for iteration and reporting 
  • Ideate campaigns for lead generation
