Performance Marketing & Campaign Lead


General Information

We are ZujuGP a media, tech and football company and we are looking for an online marketing wizard to make magic for 4 billion football fans worldwide.


Your Role

  • Establish profitable digital marketing mix
  • Set requirements for SEM & SEO operation & optimizations in tandem with in-house or outsourced teams
  • Analyze data to increase conversion and performance objectives
  • Strategically and tactically increase growth, performance, and value on a set of metrics 
  • Provide key insights to the organization 
  • Strive to learn and evolve within the latest technologies, tactics, and platforms 
  • Develop & manage campaigns and optimize all activity to meet growth marketing goals
  • Manage the overall content, execution, performance, and effectiveness of marketing strategies, campaigns and channels
  • Develop rewards and loyalty experience for users
  • Manage performance and content of website and oversee partners, vendors, marketers, editorial and creatives etc


We are looking for a creative and strategic individual on the side of maverick. You are a guerrilla and resourceful multitasker, and can see both trees and forest. You love a results-first leadership role where you can steer the overarching goals and tactical plans needed to achieve our goals. An experience driving marketing with startups is advantageous.
